NMRA Pacific Coast Region - Coast Division Layout Tours September 2008

This is the superb N scale Southern Pacific layout of John Petrovitz. It depicts signature scenes of the Southern Pacific in Northern California, in the steam to diesel transition era. Scenes include the San Francisco 3d and Townsend Terminal, the Mission Bay Roundhouse and Yard, the San Francisco Embarcadero with the State Belt running by the Ferry Building, Portero Hill and Coit Tower.

A second set of beautiful vignettes represent the Northwestern Pacific (SP subsiduary), including Petaluma, Tiburon, Healdsburg, and the Eel River Canyon including the Scotia Bluffs.
