Police suspect this woman know as "Mom to Pops" may have close ties to the suspected ring leader "Pops". Here she is shown using high visibility paint on her nails to signal messages across the stands to fellow gang members dressed in similar attire. (see previous photo) Evidently this gang is powerful enough to isolate an entire section of left field for their private use. Police suspect that they purchased the entire section so that signals from Mom would not be lost in the crowd. Please are looking at game video in an effort to decipher the code.
