Surveillance caught this man reportedly Dan "The Man" urinating while trying to fool the public in to thinking that he was utilizing the fence for support. Baltimore PD is questioning his wisdom as he was overhead telling other gang members that he didn't have a pot to pee in when all he had to do was look to his right or left!
