Rhode Island's largest telescope is located at the Frosty Drew Observatory in Ninigret Park, Charlestown, RI. It is open Friday evening's year round for public viewing and presentations. It houses the 16" Meade Research Grade fork mounted telescope. Ninigret Park is also a nature preserve and a spectacular dark-sky site.
