Mishap of Car and Big-Rig - no one seriously hurt

The photos in this gallery were taken minutes after the wreck occurred. A big rig dragged its trailer across the back of a Volvo wagon waiting to turn into a campground. Luckily, when the Volvo was spun around during the collision, no oncoming vehicular traffic was nearby! Surprisingly and much to everyone's relief, the occupants of the Volvo were not seriously hurt. One person - a family friend - did suffer relatively minor injury, but the three family members were totally unhurt!

Images in this gallery illustrate the versatility of the Fz50 and its zoom lens (35-420mm) and the camera's image stabilization. Very handy!
