These images are created from actual photos. They are natural objects such as flowers, leaves and twigs, but I have created a duplicate of the image and flipped that new layer (changing right to left), then reduced the opacity to 50 percent. Some were moved right or left until they offered the best imagery and illusions. The resulting images contain all sorts of creatures and designs, borne out of the symmetry of the natural patterns, light and shadows. You may enjoy viewing some at original size to see what faces and forms you can discover hidden within. Some are whimsical and some are menacing, but each image seems to have a life and energy all it's own, Enjoy.
Hi Michelle!
The only manipulation done was to mildly enhance the images I discovered with some dodging and burning, contrast and saturation. The forms already existed, but I made some of them more pronounced this way. Nothing was simply drawn in or pasted on.

While these are wonderful, I cannot help but think some of them had to be manipulated more than just by flipping. Truly, were they? Just a little? Any?
