a very clever device
I have seen other versions of cooling misters (the first being one in SoBe, deployed perhaps inappropriately at an Ocean Drive trattoria, where its mist was unwelcome on my omlet,) but this mobile device was highly effective & a welcome relief for this evening's swelter
