The image was taken with a 35mm lens @ f/2. The point was to capture interesting bokéh formation in the glass. Note that there is a sharp point in the image and it's in the middle of the glass (the image reflected in liquid is obviously flipped upside down). I suggest viewing the image in "original" size.
