Q: Do you post-process your images ?
Yes, where required, post processing is performed.
Q: Do you use film ?
I only shoot digital.
Q: How long does it take for you to deliver a print?
Please allow for 3-4 weeks after placing an order for the print
to be delivered.
PRINTING QUESTIONS:
Q: Do you print these yourself ?
I use a professional printing lab for all my prints to ensure best color and quality.
Q: I'd like a print different from the sizes you listed online
Please email me with the required size and I would love to help you out.
Q: Are the prints framed and delivered ?
The prices listed are only for the prints. Prices do not including framing and/or matting.
Q: I see a black border around all your pictures. Is this printed when I buy a print ?
Those black borders are for web display only. Final prints will not have the black borders.
Q: Will the prints be the same crop as those on display ?
A: May not be. As I've listed on my pages, the final crop factor depends on
the size you select to print. This means, in the printed version, you may find some more cropping
than you see on screen.
PRICING QUESTIONS:
Q: I am not comfortable with Paypal. Are there other payment options ?
Absolutely. Please email me with your preferences and I'll be glad to help.
Q: Some images do not have pricing information. How do I buy them ?
Please send me an email and I'd be glad to help you out.
Q: Do I need to pay extra for shipping ?
No. Shipping is included in the advertised price.
Please note, I only ship to the US. If you need international shipping, please
contact me via email - extra charges will apply, based on your location.
POST-SALES QUESTIONS:
Q: Your prints do not look the same as they did on screen !
It is very likely your monitor is not calibrated. If your monitor is not
calibrated, then you will not see the correct colors when you see images.
Try this site to calibrate your monitor.
Q: The print is defective !
Sincere apologies if that happens. I try my best to make sure the prints are of highest quality.
However, once in a while, the lab may misprint.
If this is the case, please email me and I'd be happy to send you another copy free of charge.
