Took a great trip to Nevada, visited mostly ghost towns, altho most still had people living in them. We started in Nelson. We only had time for that the first day. The next day, we visited Ryolite, Goldfield, Belmont and Manhattan. 3rd day, Austin, Eureka, tried for Hamilton, but the road was so soft and it was snowing ahead of us on the road that even with the 4x4 we decided not to try it. Mud was falling off for two days from the undercarriage and wheel wells even tho we stopped at a car wash in Eureka. 4th day, we visited Cherry Creek, and Ward Charcoal ovens. Day 5 Lehman Caves, we didn't get to see Great Basin National Park, the road was still closed because of snow. We did stop at Cathedral Gorge on the way south. Last day we spent 3 hours visiting with my brother, then headed home. I have some panoramas also, if you click the first photo that will open the panorama gallery.
