January 16-18, 2004. AnimeExpo Tokyo

The very first Anime Expo to be held in Japan. Note to self: Don't go to first anythings, they're usually not as good as the ones that are 10th or 25th annual. The convention itself was a bit disappointing, the Edmonton one was about the same, and had more stalls. The cosplayers were awesome though, they were definitely worth the trip.

My friends, unlike wimpy, lazy ol'me, had their home made costumes with them.
