This is truly best location in Qatar for kayaking, sailing and birding. There are significant number of passage or channel like river crossing mangrove wetland in the desert. Plenty of migrant birds to watch. The tranquillity, sight and sound in the location not far from city. I carry my own inflatable canoe, took me 10 minute either sailing mode, electric drive mode or just rowing, paddling from the trunk to the sea.
