Michelle and I had a great time at Niagara Falls and Magee Marsh last weekend. The weather was perfect and the falls simply amazing. We did the Cave of the Winds and the Maid of the Mist Tours and viewed the lighting of the falls each night. We also managed to find some great places to eat in Niagara Falls. After Niagara we were off to Lake Erie for some birding at the warbler hot spot of Magee Marsh. The birding was not as good as last year but a fair day of warblers at Magee is better than a great day about anywhere else (20+ species). We also had an American White Pelican and two Bald Eagles fly over the boardwalk. Overall, a great little 5-day getaway weekend. Click on the pictures below to view each gallery.
