Lexington Cemetery - January 27, 2013

After several failed attempts, I finally got to add the White-winged Crossbill to my life list this morning. We found about 40 Crossbills at the Lextington Cemetery and they put on quite a show in the Hemlock trees along the northern edge of the cemetery. Several Red-breasted Nuthatches were also present. A trip out the Maine Chance farm revealed Tree and Savannah Sparrows, Gadwall, Green-winged Teal, Cackling Goose, and other great species.
