But of course, as stated on the pictures, you can see Buchanan County - especially Big A Mountain. Beartown is certainly not in Buchanan County.

These are pictures of Beartown Mountain in Russell County. It borders Washington County, but not Buchanan County.

I live in Russell County, VA. Who did you have to have to ask permission from in order to climb Beartown? I would love see the view from the summit. I figure you can easily see 5 states from there, well into Tennessee and North Carolina I'd imagine.

Not sure if this is Beartown WV, but it is very nice. I was raised on Beartown WV, now it is a national Park.
