Looks like Castle Peak Road, just judging from the trees. Can't be sure, though.

I think you're right, its the road towards Lok Ma Chau and Yuen Long. We used to ride (horse) sometimes on a huge ride from the Army Saddle Club to Lok Ma Chau

It looks like the road to Yuen Long or 'Hung Shui Kiu'.

I cannot remember exactly but that day I had visited the San Miguel brewerey, Fanling and Shatin in the NT. Taken either 1980 or 1981.
