Was there from 1968 to 70 with my husband who was stationed at Stanley Fort, great times didn’t want to leave, cried when we did. Lived in Stanley Bay flats just inside the Fort gates, they are the blue buildings in the photo.

I was there too late 70s. Lion Court Flat C4 . Spent time at Pendragon Sai Wan and beyond. Great times indeed. I recall David from Lion Court, Birgit and Nicky from Stanley . Gail from Pendragon. Blissful days when a thin waist and a good head of hair were my norm 😂

This picture of those rocks meant a lot to me. I would spend everyday after school fishing (Stanley Fort Juniors and then ST Georges in Kowloon),Just past the boat at the end of the rocks was an anchored raft that you could swim to,risky at the age of 10, managed it a few times but stopped after I saw a shark swim by, sat there for over an hour scared to get back in the water. To the left of the page was a small cave and above that a large house sat in its own grounds I lived in Lion court happy memories.1972 -1975. I came across your album by accident, but love the pics. We were in HK from 1977 - 1980 and lived in Tsuen Wan, then Lion Court at Stanley. These photos have reminded me of times gone by. Also spent time at Little Sai Wan - sailing a lot.

The white buildings to the left of the shot is Pendragon, with Stanley Fort behind - lived there in the late 80's it was the flats for those who worked for the british government listening stations CSOS Little Sai wan and later Chung Hom Kok. Its now been redeveloped into a very up market residential complex called Regalia Bay
