Major public transportation are at the lower level of Central District/Sai Ying Pun. Students usually walked up and down everyday.

Hi Mike, I attended at May Wah school up to primary one. The old principal was so strict and aslo punished us by ruler. He beat my little hand so painful when I forgot to do the homework. The school had been rebuilted. This photo is after rebuilt. I have kindergarten graduated photo and hope to share with you. Thanks Tom share the old photo and let us have childwood memories again.^^

If I am not mistaken, the kindergarten on the left used to be May Wah primary school in the 50's, which I attended from kindergarten to grade 2. At the time, my paternal grandfather was the school principal, and my mom was my teacher. Despite this connection, I don't remember we ever had a picture like this. Thanks Tom for the memories.
