Are they MTR construction hoardings on Chater Road/Chater Garden?

Up until the 60's there used to be a sign that says "No dogs and Chinese allowed" displayed in the front entrance of the club. My father when invited to a function here during those days had to use the side entrance.
Thanks. I knew it as the Colonial Club but I'm sure the correct name is as you say the Hong Kong Club. Let me know if my memory has failed again on any other images.
