I get a feeling of Henri Cartier Bresson from many of your images.
Guest 08-Mar-2005 21:56
Great composition - it seems such an unlikely combination
Guest 08-Mar-2005 21:25

Your photos are great, they always capture the street atmosphere
Guest 07-Mar-2005 03:25
I think he's on his way to a specialparty -- he's holding that balloon very carefully, I think he's a very proud grandpapa. Another awesome shot, Antonis.
Guest 07-Mar-2005 02:59
wonderful angle. i'm convinced this is a great angle to view the world. wonder who is the lucky girl to be getting this balloon?!
btw antonis: are these shots all shot from your hips/waist?
Wenche Aune06-Mar-2005 23:27

Tommy Junger06-Mar-2005 21:55
Beautiful b&w series
Vinh Luu06-Mar-2005 21:34
great shot Antonis! i really like the skyward perspective, it suits the balloon and the city backdrop very well. the female smurf images on the balloon is a stark contrast with the old man, and gives this photo an interesting story for the viewer to ponder about. wonderful as usual!
John Finlayson06-Mar-2005 21:17
Great shot again, I do wonder what the story is behind this picture !
Guest 06-Mar-2005 21:14
The way the gentleman is hold that "SMURFETTE" ballon seems like its alot heavier than it really is! The angle of the shot adds to this effect!
Guest 06-Mar-2005 21:06
Why would a man buy a ballon with those girlish drawings? For his daughter?
don nieman06-Mar-2005 20:55
What a very unique balloon. It certainly grabbed my attention.
Guest 06-Mar-2005 20:54

great candid shot.
Cliff06-Mar-2005 19:16
Wonderful shot - the perspective is so original and I love the contrast between the serious expression on the man's face but the gaiety of the balloon. Your street photography is truly amazing Antonis!
