The first Northolt Nightshoot of 2015. RAF Northolt celebrated its 100th Anniversary on 3rd March 2015. The Nightshoot also marked the retirement of the HS125. A first outing, too, for my new Nikon D810. Just one comment about the D810: the auto white balance is excellent. I made a specific profile for the lights illuminating the active service pan using an Xrite Colorchecker Passport: it made hardly any difference to the rendering of the pictures (just a small difference on the reds), which I take as great credit to the colour balance generated internally by the camera.
