July 16, 2011. Elizabeth sang the National Anthem, helped judge several hat contests, judged a hot-wing eating contest and greeted several state legislators and met many new fans. She also met Penny Chenery - owner of the great Secretariet - one of the best racehorses of our time. (my opinion)
