Okay, I was in Stockholm last week and thought I'd be able to get out into the nature. But all I saw was down town Stockholm. The next time I'm going to Lidingö, for sure. It looks like a beautiful place. Keep an eye out for me then :)

This is my favorite of the February gallery. What I really like about it is the various textures and lines/curves that progress from foreground to background.
Anna, this is absolutely exquisite. It is cold beyond cold, lonely beyond lonely, and above all, an expression of absolute silence. I have no idea what you done to this image with your post processing work, but whatever you may have done makes it about as lovely a snow scene as I have ever seen. Even the clear sky works. Clear skies in pictures often bore me, but in this case, your sky provides a smooth and elegant contrast to the textures and colors of the snow and water below it.
