Germany & France with Friends - June 2008

Holly and David Mackle visited us for a couple of days while on their grand European tour in June! The first day we all enjoyed our tour of the Heidelberg Schloss ruins and a nice walk around the town. On the second day, we drove across the French border to Lauterburg for the afternoon and then toured the Landbeck Castle ruins in the Pfalzerwald after a traditional German dinner in Pleisweiler on the famous Deutches Winestrasse (German wine route). So much fun!!
