Brilliant idea, Jen. The yin and yang juxtaposition reflects the dualism in your heart. The shadow is smoothly curved , yet internally, conflicts yielding unbending confrontation. A very full, live representation of yourself, Jen. Hope all is well.

Very clever composed. Like a symphony. Imaginative.

I love the rhythm and grace in this image. The shadow over the yin and yang symbol perfectly illustrating that we are all the sum of our parts and always search to reconcile them.

Very nicely positioned, letting the decisive curve flow through your body, showing both your passive moody side and your active brighter side. Your raised arm formed an arrow, perhaps a direction or inclination of your thought. Yet the other part covered most of your heart, perhaps what you feel deep inside. It's a constant struggle and interdependence, yet beautifully balanced to give a complete you.

****A brilliant self portrait of a Jen of stone. The shadowy stones play within your form against the glittering reflective stones, just as the Yin plays against the Yang. I know the upraised arm supports a camera, yet it also seems to imply confusion and helplessness. Each stone is a world unto itself. You must make them fit together if they are to work, just as your own motives, fears, strengths, and talents must fuse if you are to become whole. It is as if you are asking "who am I?" Even the curved field of stones implies a question mark.
