Great image Jen, I think that the tilting of the image has given it alot more exagerated perspective specialy because the grand angular exagerates it's features a bit in the eddges were you situatet the right builtings and the bus wheel giving it still more perspective. The Bus it's self also gives you a direction sence to the center that drives your eye directly to the center of the buildings. These clouds doo too equilibrate a bit the image that otherwais wold probably way too much on one side though tilting the camera you also avoided that quite well.

at the 49th latitude, any of the vehicles without rubber tires slide. This photo is very realistic. Good work.

Phil said it loud and clear, yes, the city life made us felt dizzy, and lost.

***Marek makes an excellent point here. I will take it a bit further and say that by tilting the horizon of this image, you are saying that this city itself has become intolerable. It makes us feel disoriented, somewhat nauseated. So yes, this shot works as cityscape. The image itself is mundane -- it is what you suggest through the tilt that expresses the idea.

Now this is an example of the camera tilt working to great effect. It actually makes the image; it turns the converging verticals to the image's advantage and creates a wonderful overlap of the perspective axis(es). The result is an explosion from centre beautifully emphasised by the sky.

How did you get this shot? Great effect in this shot...the picture wouldn't be as effective without the bus on the right. You have a great eye!
