. Jim had just ordered some Alien Bees and a Sekonic L-358 light meter. He wanted to learn to use them correctly, so he brought
them to my studio in Farmington Hills, MI. I asked him to take his best shot with the new equipment. I then showed him how to use the meter, custom white balance his camera, went through the menus - and talked about lighting techniques. In three hours or
so, Jim's photos improved tremendously! I hope you agree.
