Badly-Blurred image: First "sharpened" version - still awful

This is the first "sharpened" version I did from
an extremely blurred shot due to high winds while
I was using the telephoto at 300mm from the road
after we'd left San Gimignano and its towers.

Still VERY hard on the eyes.
