Roll of lamb on a vertical skewer turning parallel to a hot grill ('doner' means 'to rotate' in Turkish).
These are sliced very thin (not easily) and are absolutely DELICIOUS.
Doner Kebab is a blend of layered lamb and ground beef marinated in seasonings. Yum!
