Laura, thanks for all your feedback on the sights! This is one of my favorite places ever.

Re the clothes, they're very porous and let air through. Also, I had written on the
'gorgeous' walk pic, "Relative to the 100-degree heat we were used to -before- we got
there." In the constant shade of the Siq walls it was relatively cool, to our delight.

Probably only about 80 degrees at 9:30 in the morning. Later, in the afternoon sun in
open areas it was likely over 90. Enough to prevent us from walking a few steps up to
see the URN tomb, to my regret today. I had water in my backpack which helped a lot.

Question, if it was so hot, why are you and your friend dressed in dark colors? :-)
