This is a set of favorite scenes of San Francisco Bay Area light over water and Berkeley, California area (#1)

Most of the bay shots are from my former workwindows through the years at Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley, atop the Berkeley Hills. They include animals enjoying the scene too.

You can click on a 'slide' to get to the larger-sized image.

Thanks, Marisa,for visiting as well as your thoughts. Will be back to your incredible galleries soon. The animals were on the same hill from which the other pictures were taken, and are part of that Berkeley scene, at the site where I work. The subject isn't Light in those cases, though that element is part of it. I think I was tired of seeing only sky and water shots in that set. :-)

A fascinating gallery, so rich of light and perceptions…Just a little remark, I cannot see the link with the few animals pictures that you chose to put in this gallery together with the splendid pictures of landscape, I cannot find it fully homogeneous and I have the impression that, even though the pictures are nice, they don’t match the others and the whole results is a little less meaningful. Congratulations for the quality of your work Marisa
