You are right, it is oversharpened.
To share the reason: It was taken in the very first trip with the J1. Nikon changed the way how Picture Controls are set with the System 1. Setting sharpening to a higher value (3) instead to 0 like with the DSLRs. Applying my standard workflow in CNX2 added the USM from the camera.
Since I got aware, I changed the picture control setting back to a lower sharpening value.

Very nice shot. Hopenfully you kept the original, because you applied too much sharpening when postprocessing this.
