Portrait of Maria

On Sunday mornings we like to go to the Farmers Market in Hillcrest.
When there we always stop to visit Maria who makes excellent Quesadillas.
My favorites are Flor de Calabaza (Zucchini Flowers) and Nopal (Cactus).
As you can see from the photo, Maria is a joy to be around and is an excellent cook.
