Sushi Platter for 4th of July

This one has California Rolls, Crunchy Shrimp Rolls, Salmon Rolls, Philadelphia Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls.
Though I do make Sushi, I had this platter made at the Marukai Japanese Supermarket in Kearny Mesa.
This leaves me free to concentrate on the BBQ portion of the meal.
