Carnival Splendor in a Wide Shot

The Fisheye is just wide enough to shoot the Carnival Splendor.

This 113,300 gross register tons Cruise Ship was recently in the news because of a fire aboard in the engine room that occurred on November 8.
She was towed to San Diego where she arrived November 11. She now awaits another tow for repairs.

other sizes: small medium original auto

Possibly one of the only good things to come out of this ill fated trip is your photo at the end of it. Very cool shot Walter. ~V~

Wonderful distorted view. Looks like the bow is turning hard a port.

Looks like she's going hard port in this bend of light. Very cool lense use. V
(As for the trauma these poor passengers - eating Pop Tarts on a still very capable, floating luxury hotel….oh the humanity.)
