Looking up and down at the same time

A great wide view up this skyscraper on a fantastic blue sky day.
The Restaurant on the ground level has been empty for years and is looking very down at the heels.
Difficult to understand as it is located across from the Convention Center, a block from the Baseball Stadium and there's a trolley stop tight in front of it.
