Photos taken on a January 2008 trip to Homer, Alaska. All of the photos were taken on the Homer Spit and in the bluffs northeast of Homer.

Special thanks to Jean Keene, "The Eagle Lady," for allowing us to shoot from her yard. Jean is 84 years old and has been doing this for over thirty years, I believe. She feeds these bald eagles with fish and fish products that she pays for herself. If you have the opportunity to see this, please don't be cheap. Thank her and give her some money. You'd be surprised to hear how few photographers take the time to show her any gratitude at all.
