Message from American Imagery

My entire photography life has revolved around Nikon Film SLR’s and Beseler equipped Color Labs. I fought, like mad going digital but on August 14, 2007 I succumbed and shelled out for a Nikon D80. While I still have my beloved mint conditioned, black body, manual Nikon film SLR’s, the D80 has become my new found love.
The Beseler Color Chemical Lab has been boxed and stowed and replaced by a computer containing Adobe Photoshop CS(x) and other assorted software packages.
I am learning fast that Digital is not as forgiving as film, i.e. White Balance, Exposure Latitude, etc…. I hope that visitors to my PBase galleries will enjoy my work.
