Rosaria's Entoteca La Cambusa is a Stresa and Lago Maggiore institution. As children, Rosaria and Vita Bolla grew up together foraging among the chestnut trees around Stresa during World War II when food was where you found it. They married and started out with a small vegetable store and over the years expanded it into one of the largest and finest liquor and wine stores in the area. They have raised five children and their grandchildren in the store.
