Seen on a construction site of a large fly-over being built through the middle of Panipat about half way between New Delhi and Chandigarh.
Panipat was the scene of a traffic jam the likes of which I have never seen. More photographs to follow about this.
Note the chair on the roof of the this cubicle. Did the occupant survive?
