This is in an idyllic fishing village in Kota Bharu, Kelantan where it is known for anchovies processing. I was very lucky to be around the vicinity when the villagers ask me to go to where the boats are docked. There are many fisherman there unloading the first catch of anchovies of the year! Indeed, it already the second last day of May 2015 where these fisherman gotten the first harvest of anchovies.

Everyone here are busy working on the catch. I have learned earlier that anchovies need to be processed fast to maintain it freshness. All in a day's work from the unloading to cooking and drying and packing and ultimately stored in the refrigerated coldroom.
