Interesting contrast of nature and industry.

I agree with all of your commenters and wonder if there's anything left! I do love how you put the camera's vantage point low so the sky is emphasized. Your smoke or is it steam looks great against the dark background too. Great shot!

I am a sucker for these moodly images of industrial landscapes. Lovely work.

You have turned an industrial, ugly subject into a fantastiv image. Well done.

I say the same thing than Didier - It's very very good

Perfect combination of crisp smoke and fog, of verticals and horizontals; all this in a somewhat monochrome package. Difficult subject perfectly executed.
Wenche Aune08-Nov-2005 22:56
Fantastic!

Can be picture industrial and poetic at the same time? IF so, this is an example.
You have done good job, Alexei, to capture fog and smock together...
Piotr Stankiewicz08-Nov-2005 13:45
Great. I voted. You should only cut the top part and make from it panoramic view.
Craig Persel08-Nov-2005 10:49
Wow. Stunning image. Absolutely perfect. Bravo. :-)
