You have some great shots here, and I really would like to trade a print with you if you are interested.
Thanks for the nice comments in my Italy and Milan galleries. Cheers, Greg
Amazing gallery! Very impressive
Inspiring pictures! Wow!
nice travel photos, you know you should really make an album in this site :
like this gallery:
its free and you can share with us the places you traveled to on the map. takes 3-4 minutes...
(this is NOT a site to replace PBASE, it's for sharing albums with music and send to friends and share here with your photos)
And here is a tip: you can send them a message in their contact link and they will add your site under your albums)

I love your scandinavian galleries! They are wonderful.
They remind me of my scandinavian trips...
Sensual depth and color,fluidity.....lighting,always the lighting,beautiful work,Lisa&Ford.
Alex: It's been awhile sense I've visited your galleries, and I can see that I have been away too long. Some really great shots amidst your recent galleries. Others have mentioned your ability to catch the lighting -- so true.
Enjoyed the visit, will return. thanks
Thanks for the comments in my Milan gallery. Yes, I lived there for 5 years. Tended to carry around my camera a lot. Many, many photos, just terribly organized and I rarely sort through the old stuff. Trying to do a bit of that as I get involved here.
I really enjoy your galleries. I like the lighting in them. So vivid, and such atmosphere. Have it book marked! I'll be checking back for sure.
Your photos are spectacular!
Fantastic colours and composition. Congratulations!
Fantastic gallery, thanks for sharing and keep up the excellent work.
woww!!!!!! I'm amzed bro...
It seems as you are telling the light pose for the camera...
You are probably the only person in this whole site who knows how to take pictures of light.
Man you've got great talents. By the way, I loved your scandinavian pictures. Those pictures make me wanna go there right now.
Love your shots! enjoyed my visit to ur site and would definitely come back! cheers!!
You have some fabulous photos. I can learn a lot from you - well done. Funny thing is that we've done some travelling to the same places. I wonder if we've ever crossed paths? :-)
Alex. Your pictures are very impressive especially those taken in Paris. You seem to be in love with this city. Your galleries are in my favorites now.

Alex- I came across your gallery via a posting you posted on dpreview.com regarding the "need" for L lenses. Wow- your images are great. I have a long way to go to developing my "eye" in comparison with yours. Great job. I have added you to one of my favorite artists list. Your "Middle Earth" shot of Paris is very clever. :)
Alex--You have some marvelous shots in your galleries! Very impressive!!! shu

You have a wonderful gallery, and your night shots are stunning. You accomplish great things, especially with that point-and-shoot G5!!!

to tell you the truth, I am just an amateur. I like all your pictures but my opinion doesn't really matter so... here is a symbolic vote for your work.
Thanks for stopping by my galleries. The shot called "Tunnel of Color" was taken in Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I've enjoyed exploring your galleries. You have some absolutely fabulous work! I'll be back to see more!
I love the titles of your photos. They add another dimension to my enjoyment of them. Some are so funny that I am sitting here chuckling.
Very nice pictures, really (I do appreciate the ones from Paris)
I'll try to do about the same with my own Canon G5 ;~)
Wonderful visions of a beautiful city. Would have enjoyed seeing some of the images without any sharpening, "sple(n)dor and "The Law" might have looked different :-) Realise that I am assuming :-) Congrats on your choices to share . . .
Thank you for visiting my humble galleries and leaving such a nice comments. Your photographs are wonderful, keep sharing them !
Looks like you have a good eye for photography. You have some very nice shots in your galleries. Keep it up.

Magnificent work Alex, I especially like the Night gallery
Wooden Shoe Photography
I now understand the capabilty of my G6. The shots after dark are so clean and the images have such warmth.
This is true instinct.
I like your pics, especially the night light gallery
Hi Alex -- Thanks for your kind comments. I've been enjoying your galleries, especially the Scandinavian seasons. I used to visit Norway regularly, but only "pre-digital". One of these days I'll have to scan my slides from hiking in the Jotunheimen. -- Peter
i like your work
You are talented
hi dindnt see your pics, i dont want to see them, i just want to say, that must of the people that defend animals rights dont eat them, it s your problem that you live in a country that kills walles for no reason, maybe you eat animals i dont so stop calling names to every one, do you know what i mean??
if not tuff shit
What wonderfully beautifull and photgenic place you live in, and the images are quite amazing. Nice work!
I had originally come across your galleries a few months ago from a posting of yours on CTF. Your galleries prove that it's not the camera but the photographer that makes all the difference.
You have an ability to see.
Excellent galleries... the clarity and beauty of your images are fantastic. I'm marking your work to my favorites so I can take a peek now and again.
I have regurlarly seen your posts in the DPreview Canon talk forum and particularly the ones on the Cartier Bresson thread.
I enjoyed all your galleries very much, very nice work.
Thanks for sharing
Can you help please. I have a Canon G5 and also a Canon D60. Whilst I am pleased with the G5 and the quality of pics, I am finding it difficult taking action shots. I find the delay on the shutter causes me to "miss the moment".
I am taking my children for a special visit to Disneyworld in Florida, and am thinking ahead reagarding which "kit" to take. My D60 is too heavy for everyday use around the Theme Parks, but I fear my G5 will be too "slow" to catch them on the rides.
Any advice on how to set it up, or what I might be missing would be appreciated.
Debs (UK) !
Thank you so much for visiting my gallery...Yes, they are Italian Alps ( Dolomites)
My favorite gallery of yours is "Scandinavian images"...Congratulations on such wonderful Winter captures..Anna
Thanks for commenting on my pic. Actually, it's a composite (which I forgot to note and will). You have some nice work. Tom
Hello, I enjoyed your photos.Thx for sharing. :)
Thank you for your kind words in dp review and in my Gallery. My "Seagull-Pic" was a crop from a really messy one. (We have been feeding birds). Just a bit USM-ed and maybe a bit darkend and framed. That's all.
I don't know your Country at all, but it must be very beautiful, from what I can see in your pictures. Please forgive me my bad English - I'm not an english speaker.
Irene from Switzerland
Nice pics with your G5!!
I like very much the "And comes the sun".. nice colours effects
Tomorwow i will buy a canon G5.
Have you some suggestions to give me for the best use of this cam?
re: gallery 1841338
Great windwanes, I imagine that you have a lot of wind at your parts
re: gallery 1841338
Probably no more or less than any other location Alexeig. But it seems like more than our fair-share at times, while running around looking for them this time of year, here in New England region of the USA.
Thanks for checking my gallery Alexeig. You have some *very* fine fotos. I was partial to your night scenes and "Scandinavian winter" gallery.
Hello Alex. I am a PBASE member and recently purchased a Canon G5. I have enjoyed your work and find them to be inspirational. My action shots have not turned out well, blamed my G5 but now realize that the problem lies with my limited knowledge. LOL. Do take a looksee at my galleries as well when you have the time.
