OK I know absolutely nothing about IR filters and photography so can you explain why this is such a long exposure. Was is taken at night ?
Unlike Bertha I like the soft detail on the tree, I’m guessing there was a very slight breeze gently ruffling the foliage? Looks like a candy floss tree!
