Awesome! Book-cover quality.
Wow. I'm blown away by these pictures. I'm a proud Slovak-American, and I search the net all the time for pictures of Slovakia. I've never found any that capture its beauty like these.
Also, I've used your picture of Kosice in the banner for a blog I just started, which will be all about Slovakia and growing up Slovak-American. Unfortunately, this site doesn't allow me to post the hyperlink to it, because it thinks I might be spam. You can find it, however, by going to blogger.com and searching for slovakamerican.
If you disapprove, please let me know and I'll take it down as soon as possible.
Thanks again for posting such great pics!
Really nice pics. Vladimir.
Thank you Alan. This is beautiful gallery from beautiful country....
I have seen great images from my country here. Considering the fact, that you are not a pro...well, what can I say: amazing. I'm into photography myself and all I can say is I wish have taken these pics. Really stunning.
One fact about travel photography is really interresting: the more you travel the more you appreciate the beauty of your home country. Do you have the same experience? I have been working in Ireland for last two years and every time I go home for a short holiday I only pray and hope for a good weather to get decent pics.
Anyway, enough of words...I'm going to see all your images all over again...
Fantastic job Alan...
This message goes to the Slovak Government: Please use these pictures to present Slovakia to teh outside world! I am currently living in New York and have almost forgotten how beautiful my country is!
You have a real sense for beauty and great talent. Well done!
