amazing place in the world!
All compliments for the pictures..they're beautifull. You haven't been at Risan and get pictures of Roman mosaics? I saw thay you've been in Cetinje, the old capital of Montenegro, but did you saw the buildings where once stayed foreign embassies (Italy, France, German..)? There are just my suggestions what you can visit the next time you come in Montenegro. p.s. there is no need to comment and clasified people- are they Serbs, Montenegrin, Bokeljs or Croatians-and to involve politics..because every place on Earth is beautifull where people are kind and nice.(this is regarding the guest comments).
Kind Regards from sunny Herceg Novi
Hana, thanks for your comments, I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. To answer your question, no I'm not a professional, my real job is unrelated to photography.
Are you a professional photographer? Sorry if this information is included somewhere, I haven't had time to look at anything other than these pictures. Your work is amazing! I usually don't trust photographs to describe the beauty of something panoramic, but you've done the sights you've caputured justice. I'm sorry if I'm rambling, but your pictures really inspire me :-) I hope at some point that I'm able to see all these places myself, but until then I'll happily settle with your photos. Keep on snapping!

Living in Norway I have found a home away from home in Herceg Novi, Montenegro next to Boka Kotorska. Friendly people, fantastic view to a nature like in Norway. I look at your photos and like what I see. Looking forward to go back to this beautiful country as we do at least twice a year.
Superbe reportage sur le Monténégro. Bravo pour toutes ces photos de grande qualité.
born in montenegro, came to NYC when i was 2 mnths old next year going to visit montenegro with a couple of friends FINAlly after 21 yrs.. heard that it is a baeutiful place thnx for the pics..
Your photo's are beautiful, I just came back from Serbia and Montenegro and found that it is easy to take breath takingly beautiful photo's because the country itself is so picturesque. The people are lovely and very hospitable very eager to help out, despite how the media has portrayed the country it is very safe apart from Kosovo, and I recommend any one go and visit this beautiful country.
thank you for this great pictures:)ým really eager to visit serbia and see such a beauty from closer.ý also like your music especially lane moje(eurovision 2004 istanbul).ý dont know what ýts lyris about but ýt makes a great impression on me..by the way this is pelin from the another beautiful country Turkey..

THE PICTURES ARE GREAT,IT IS AMAIZING THAT A SUCH SMALL STATE COULD HAVE SO MANY BREATHTAKING SPOTS AND PLACES TO ENJOY IT. GOOD LUCK MONTENEGRO!!!
nice ! i just hope serbians dont lose there wicked sence of humour and free spirit when it becomes a major tourist destination ...not long to go now and a little more positive work like this and it will be full !!
serbia has a big future . Lee Coleman (london)-(new zealand)
exuse me guest serbia is the BEST country on earth...
your pictures are great....
I hate you. Take that as a very high compliment from a jealous fellow-photographer!!! :)
(p.s. just to be safe that my meaning is clear, I don't really hate you!) :)
Why dont you take some pictures from East Serbia, like Majdanpek, Kladovo, Negotin. Nature is better then in West Serbia or MOntenegro

In Belgrade, all the logic vanishes with 1st coup of beer :) That is a highspirit of beyond European borders, with a cherry on top, if you like it!
It is a next big destination for the ones who do not watch stupid TV (the drug of the nation;)
I hate that miopych thinking!
You will see open-air (like EXIT in Novi Sad, Vojvodina), festivals, ski centres, clean water, healthy food, castles, cakes, stockings, and other secrets....oh, yes, and great basketball players like Vlade Divac (NBA)
My advice is to visit Serbia before it changes!

You should not have visited Serbia. There is nothing to see.
All they left behind is:tragedies, wars, massacres, killed people.
Next time visit Montenegro or Croatia.

Great photos Alan. Never been to Serbia but it looks like a good place to visit. Best regards.
Patience, Marko, patience! Unfortunately I like travelling so much that I still haven't got around to actually coming home and sorting out the photos. Another few weeks, probably. As for Nish - maybe next time ;)
come on Alan!!! I'm visiting your page for weeks, waiting new photos!!! come on man!!! :)
I'll kick your ass if you didn't visit Nish :P
Really enjoyed your galleries.
I've spend some time in Macedonia myself and hope to make a more extended trip around former Yougoslavia some day soon, and your galleries surely stimulate even more to do so.
Beautiful pictures, I am from Serbia, and I wasn't aware that there are so many nice places to visit (usually people are more attracted to visit foreign countries than their own).Really great pictures! Thanks!
