I have been an avid photographer since I was was a boy. However, I really got more deeply into photography when I joined the US Air Force, and later after I graduated from college and got a chance to travel. Some of my best memories were seen through the viewfinder of a camera.

The images in my collection where taken with a variety of cameras. In the early years I took black and white pictures, and later switched to color. For many years, all of my pictures were taken as slides. Lately, my pictures were taken with digital cameras. All the photos in these gallaries are the copyrighted works of Alan Burt.
