Tommy Tarlton transferred all the way from the C-main to finish ninth in the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series feature October 18th at Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare. With his strong effort, Tarlton earned the KSE Hard Charger Award.
