Kaleidoscope Visions

These images and about a dozen more were included in my show at AAAS, June 28 to September 29, 2006. Details on the show are on the AAAS web site. There's also an article about the show in the July 23, 2006 Washington Post and a sidebar about me. And here's a scan of the sidebar as it appeared in the paper.

One of the images below( "Origins") is included in an exhibit of Paula Nadelstern's kaleidoscope quilts in the American Folk Art Museum in New York City. The exhibit will be on display until September 13, 2009.

My 2008 show (with new material, not shown here) was held at Penn Place, 4600 Waverley Place, Garrett Park, Maryland. It opened on August 4 and ran until September 6.

Hi, I am glad I am not the only one who appriciates true beauty. I have loved kaleidoscopes since I was a child and have been wanting to take some photos myself. Just think-these images are one of a kind-never can be duplicated again as every little shift of the scope changes things forever! Also check out this lady named song sing's site, she does similar art. Thank you for sharing. Money making ideas I have for you -1.
