I dedicate this shot to the ankle twist that I incurred in scoring yesterday's PAD. Short version? It was still a bit too sore for me to want to either carry the backpack with the 40D in in the morning, or go out at lunch to do any photo shooting with the 300D. (Which will be singularly inconvenient for tomorrow if it's that way again in the morning, but we'll come back to that.) So the only option? An evening still life which speaks to today's theme, dominated, to some extent (for me at least) by yesterday's twist.

I grant you it's not entirely a still life. The bottle is, though.
